Invitation: International Amazon of Europe Biking Festival

We are pleased to invite you to join us on cycling event Cycling festival in Podravina (Koprivnica Križevci County), organized as part of International Amazon of Europe Biking Festival (August-October 2019), which will take place in Koprivnica on September 21st 2019 from 9,00 to 14,00 hours, with programme as follows:

  • 9,00 – 9,30 Gathering of participants and registration at Zrinski Square in Koprivnica;
  • 9,30 – 10,00 Promotional activities and honorary circle of old-timers à Opening of event;
  • 10,00 – 11,30 Bike tour Koprivnica – Gabajeva Greda;
  • 11,30 – 13,00 Refreshment on rural household “Grofova hiža”;
  • 13,00 Returning to Koprivnica with the same route

 Route of Bike tour: Zrinski Square Koprivnica – Miklinovec – Koprivnički Bregi – Jeduševac – Hlebine – Gabajeva Greda (about 20 km one direction):

  • For all participants of old-timer defile, transfer with bus is organized to Gabajeva Greda;
  • For participants of festival, lunch is ensured at rural household “Grofova hiža”;
  • Promotional gifts and refreshment are ensured for all cyclists;
  • Bike tour will be held with police escort;
  • Cyclists will be escorted by mountain rescue service (for case of possible bike malfunctions).
