Instructors center begins with training for installers of solar photovoltaic and thermal systems
Project of Instructors center, adult education institution titled ” Development of human resources in order to increase the use of solar energy ” has successfully passed both rounds of tender, and on November 27th, 2013. was signed an agreement on co-financing of the project from EU funds, and through IPA Component IV – Human Resources Development .
The total eligible costs of the project is € 175,267.71 , of which the EU funded € 160,086.87 or 91.33 % . Partners of Instructors center in the project are Koprivnica Križevci County, Bjelovar Bilogora County, Croatian Employment Service (regional offices Bjelovar and Križevci ) and Instructors Center Ltd.
The aim is to encourage employment growth will be achieved through education about solar energy .
Specifically, 20 long-term unemployed person from the area of Koprivnica Križevci County and Bjelovar Bilogora County will get the opportunity of education. Instructors center will form two new programs – installer of solar photovoltaic and thermal systems , which produce electricity and hot water. Participants will learn about that in 120 hours through theoretical and practical training .
Within the project Instructors center, adult education institution will procure the equipment worth € 17,000 and educate their staff so that they could continue to teach students about renewable solar energy. The project ‘ Development of human resources in order to increase the solar energy ‘ lasts year and a half . Upon completion of this project , the target groups will have the opportunity to be self-employed, which will contribute to reducing social inequalities.
