Preparing of the application form in progress for this year’s sports camp in Austria
Community of sports of Koprivnica Križevci County is as well this year with the technical assistance of Koprivnica Križevci County (Section for international cooperation and European funds) being included in the exchange of young athletes within the Erasmus + Programme. In preparation is the project proposal entitled “Move yourself” in which Community of sports will be a partner, together with organizations from Hungary and Slovenia, while the project leader will be organization ASKÖ Kärnten – Club Aktiv Gesund from Austrian Klagenfurt.
Within the project is organized exchange of young athletes (13-14 years), so the organization of eight-day summer camp in Austria is planned. The camp will include sports games, educational workshops and competitions, and the plan is, in it this year from the Croatian side to be included basketball players from Koprivnica Bregi. We remind that last year in a similar camp were involved wrestlers from Novigrad Podravski.
While at the moment is in preparation application form, in the premises of the County was on Wednesday January 14th held the meeting on the organization of the upcoming activities in the project. On this occasion, the president of the County Community of sports Stanislav Lovković signed a cooperation agreement on the project, by which to the holder of the application gives right for action related to the actual implementation of the project.
The meeting was also attended by the Deputy county prefect Ivan Pal and head of the Section for international cooperation and EU funds Vladimir Šadek. Deputy county prefect announced new funding opportunities for sports projects at the area of the County, and said that within the membership of the County in the Alps Adriatic Alliance and sports clubs will be able to apply the projects for co-financing.
